Monday Morning MonBro: It’s Going to Be a Dope Ass Day

My first American weekend back consisted of sitting around my the pool doing nothing, spinning, and featured a cameo by Chipotle. U-S-A! U-S-A! HEADLINES!

Rep Kevin Yoder went skinny dipping in Israel and is now apologizing for it, saying he was “drunk.” Sha-duh, brah.

Looks like the RoughRiders took the crown at the Men’s Elite Final  in Ocean City, MD this past weekend. Between the Tweets and Instagrams it looked like a rowdy time for all. Mazel Tov, boys.

Paul Rabil set the MLL Single Season Points Record. Looks like all of that gym time paid off.

Speaking of Rabil (since he’s on the Boston Cannons) the Cannons will face the Bayhawks while the Lizards face the Outlaws next weekend for the MLL Championship in Boston. Sounds like a wicked good time.

Go Lizards.

I may not be a football fan, but I am a fashion fan and these Notre Dame uniforms personally hurt me.I would love to know how Miami is supposed to be intimidated by helmets that like they’re made of yellow sponge.

If you don’t know, now you know: Rep Todd Akin of Missouri said this past week that a woman who is “legitimately raped” can’t get pregnant, because the body can defend against that. I won’t go into how absolutely ridiculous that statement is, but I will say that this man is running for Senate and so only those who can vote in Missouri can send him packing. For those who don’t live in Missouri: ignorant comments like that are the product of serious pitfalls in the American sex education system. Akin is a grown ass man who legitimately believes what he said. Educate yourself.
