Monday Morning Monbro: NOT UP IN HERE.

Ah, Thanksgiving. More on that blessed food/family guilt festival later, but this week is obviously a hectic one. I envision many people complaining about airports, their family, their vegan cousin who points out that they have nothing to eat and they’re FINE with that since Thanksgiving is essentially a killing rampage of epic proportion. But until then, the world is still turning, and there’s still news! I know! Even after the election, we still have things happening!

Monday Morning MonBRO: Are You Afraid of the Dark?

Finally functioning on full power after Sandy, which is more than I can say for my parents and relatives in Connecticut and New York. Let’s let the polls speak for us tomorrow when we get to…gauge responsiveness, shall we say. Speaking of which: tomorrow’s officially Election Day! I’ll be down at Democracy Plaza at 30 Rock, and I hope NYers come by and check it out. Even if you don’t DON’T FORGET TO VOTE!!! Let’s move downward, shall we?

Monday Morning Monbro: No Touching!

This week has been nuts for nuts, since it’s almost Halloween and so everything is now revolving around costumes. Let’s just say there have been duct tape dresses, beanies, cat and pig ears and wigs…and we’re still a week and a half out from Halloween. But other things are apparently happening too! Moving on!

Monday Morning Monbro: I Love You, Too, but I’m Going To Mace You In the Face

Weekends be crazy, am I right? Blah blah sports, blah blah it’s Pumpkin Spice Latte season, blah blah I’m suddenly in the market for a Glitzy the Pig costume. Moving on!

Fall has begun! The leaves are turning! We’re starting to break out our boots and retire our flip flops! Football! Sweaters! Pumpkin lattes/doughnuts/etc. We’re about a month away from the election, so let’s hit some newsballs. (That makes no sense. MOVING ON!)

Monday Morning MonBRO: I Hope the Rest of Your Day is Cool Beans

Hi everyone! Great weekends, right? Despite a head cold from hell, it was still homecoming here and everyone was festooned in maroon. Go Rams. ALSO! It’s a Jewish holiday, Rosh Hashanah, so L’shana Tova to my Jewish brethren. AND ON TOP OF THAT, it’s my Dad’s birthday. He is very cool beans, literally the best man I know, so no pressure every other one on the planet.

Monday Morning MonBRO: I’m A Monster

This weekend I was turned into an honorary Gator by several UF grads, and indulged in Ferrogosto. I have never been happier in my entire life that I work out. If I didn’t, I would have felt like Jabba the Hut. Forward! Headlines!

Monday Morning MonBRO: But First, Coffee.

Moved to a new apartment this weekend and it was too hectic for life. But then again, most people remember things like ‘frying pans’ and ‘sheets’. Which are, it turns out, necessary for living. It also looks like I’ll be at Electric Zoo this coming weekend, so I have to fling together “festival wear”. Don’t get me wrong, I’m SUPER excited to be a dancing fiend all weekend, BUT: I was told under no circumstances to wear heels, even wedges, which is GAHBAGE, I tell you, so I’ll figure something else out. Is fringe a thing? Also what happened this weekend?

Monday Morning MonBro: It’s Going to Be a Dope Ass Day

My first American weekend back consisted of sitting around my the pool doing nothing, spinning, and featured a cameo by Chipotle. U-S-A! U-S-A! HEADLINES!

Monday Morning MonBRO: Bye, America! Again!

Despite the fact that the 4th of July is descending on us in a blaze of fireworks, hot dogs and people wearing American flag jorts, I will be leaving this glorious nation this evening. Hopefully I’ll find some other ex-pats who want to celebrate our independence (from the country I’ll be living in…awkward)! Anyway, weekend news! What up?
